 Nashville, Tenn. (March 25, 2022) – The Belonging Co, a fast-growing church based in Nashville, TN, has released their fourth live album, Here, today. New live videos of each track will premiere on their YouTube channel in the weeks following the highly-anticipated album release. 

 

The Belonging Co church was founded by Henry and Alex Seeley in 2014 in the basement of their home with only four people in the very first meeting. Now, The Belonging Co sees thousands of people gather each weekend at their Nashville, TN, Columbia, TN and online locations. A diverse group of worship leaders have made The Belonging Co their home church and are among those who make up The Belonging Co worship team. This album is a reflection of live worship moments that were captured within the church with the hope of bringing listeners into a personal encounter with God.

 

Henry Seeley, who leads two songs on the album, “Because of Christ” and “Nothing Like Your Presence,” has this to say about the latest album:

 

“The songs coming out of this house are birthed from the overflow of what God is doing in our church. We feel it is part of our mandate, part of our calling to capture the sound of what God is doing here. The songs captured on this album are not contrived or planned moments of worship as much as they are a true reflection of what happens in a service; it is the sound of stewarding the presence of God and a people hungry to encounter Him.”

 

In celebration of the album release, The Belonging Co premiered the live video of the, “Come Alive (Resurrection Power)” (feat. Hope Darst). Viewers were able to watch the world premiere on YouTube on Friday, March 25, 2022 while interacting with Hope Darst in the live chat. Check out the live video on The Belonging Co’s YouTube page.

 

Darst says about the song, “Sometimes, we have to remind ourselves that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us. We can look at impossible things and begin to speak life over them in the name of Jesus. Our prayer is that this song would ignite faith in people to believe that Jesus Christ has the power to bring healing and freedom into any situation or circumstance!” 

 

Recorded live at The Belonging Co Conference, this song confidently proclaims life, even in the face of things that appear to be hopeless. It is the emphatic declaration of the resurrection power of Jesus Christ and the authority of all believers to exert the power we've access to through faith in Him.

NASHVILLE, TN  - March 25, 2022 - Today, six-time GRAMMY® award winner Amy Grant released a cover of the classic hit song "Put A Little Love In Your Heart," as well as a unique music video including fan-submitted photos and videos taken from her 2021 Line By Line Tour.  Grant teased the release yesterday on GMA3, talking about how she closed out each show with “Put A Little Love In Your Heart” and it was a highlight at each stop.  Amy will be hosting a YouTube Livestream event at 10:40 am ET, sharing about the video and Q&A with fans leading up to a 11am ET premiere of the music video, followed by an afterparty with fans after the video premiere on her YouTube Channel.  

Known for her philanthropic work as much as for her music, and often commenting, "my heroes are people that help others," the song is one Grant considers just as relevant today as it was when it was co-written by Jackie DeShannon in 1969, with lyrics including:  "Another day goes by, And still the children cry, Put a little love in your heart; If you want the world to know, We won't let hatred grow, Put a little love in your heart."  Grant's heart to serve others has found her partnering with organizations including the American Red Cross, Compassion International, The T.J. Martell Foundation, Challenge Aspen, Brad & Kimberly Paisley's "The Store," hosted NBC's "Three Wishes" and so much more.  

"The message of Jackie's song has never been more needed than today," Grant remarked.  "I recorded this cover at the encouragement of my longtime friend and drummer, Greg Morrow and I have been closing my concerts with this song for years. When making the video we wanted to honor the fans who keep showing up. I love seeing the faces of people who continue to come to my concerts and have kept my career going all these years, longer than I ever expected! Timely and fitting with the release of the new track is Guideposts magazine's current issue, out today, which features Grant on its cover and a feature story where she writes about her strong belief in prayer, penning three personal stories, including one about how any act of generosity, no matter how small, truly makes a difference. Grant also shares with readers her own guiding prayer each day of,  “Lord lead me today to those I need, and to those who need me, and let some thing I do have eternal significance.”

“Because of Christ” (feat. Henry Seeley) is an invitation for listeners to reflect on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and celebrate with a triumphant declaration of the sacrifice of Christ by releasing an anthemic praise for the completed work of the cross.

About the song Seeley says, “We first started leading ‘Because of Christ’ on Easter Sunday this past year and it immediately became an anthem for our church. Sometimes we can focus on Easter as being this deep, solemn moment; but actually, what Jesus did didn’t end in the grave — it overcame the grave! It doesn’t mean we ignore the pain and the sacrifice of Easter, but that only serves to show how great was the victory of the resurrection of Jesus - because of this victorious moment, we can declare 'Hallelujah! We serve a God who has overcome the grave - a Savior who is risen!' As we have been leading this song in our church community, I have loved seeing that revelation come alive in people; seeing it come alive in the room; seeing people connect to the understanding that we’ve got something to celebrate!”

Nashville, TN… January 5, 2022 - GRAMMY®, Dove and two-time K-LOVE Fan Award winner Mandisa is set to release Out of the Dark: My Journey Through The Shadows To Find God’s Joy March 15, 2022. The personal memoir marks Mandisa’s inaugural title in partnership with K-LOVE Books. She’ll discuss the project for the first time on television on “Good Morning America” March 16 when she sits down with Robin Roberts for an exclusive interview.  Borrowing the title of her fifth studio album, which features hits “Unfinished” and “Bleed The Same,” Out of the Dark dives deep into the singer’s battle with depression and anxiety. After losing a close friend to cancer—a friend for whom she wrote her award-winning song, “Overcomer”—Mandisa descended into a dark pit of depression, isolating herself from family and friends, and turning to her familiar friend, food, for comfort.


Clinging to the hope of Psalm 40 in her overwhelming darkness, she slowly began to recognize cracks of light where God was at work. “I really believe that this book is just another part of how God is using this chapter in my life of bringing me out of the dark. My favorite part of this passage of Scripture is in verse 3: ‘Many will see what He has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord,’” she explains, referencing Psalm 40. “That’s what I see this book being about—me telling how God lifted me out of the pit, and letting people know He did it for me; He can do it for you.”

 

With the same warmth and vulnerability she exudes in her songs, in Out of the Dark,Mandisa opens up about her mental health struggles, walking through grief, and the role shame has played in her narrative. The fresh title followsher first book, Idoleyes: My New Perspective on Faith, Fat & Fame, written shortly after her time on “American Idol” and focusing on her battle with weight, food addiction and body image. 

 

Out of the Dark picks up where Idoleyes left off, telling the rest of the story. Across 256 pages, Mandisa invites readers on the journey she’s taken from the time she first fell in love with Jesus, to her rise as an acclaimed recording artist and beyond, as well as the disappointing and challenging moments she’s experienced along the way. Through it all, Mandisa candidly shares the consistent healing she’s found through God’s faithful comfort and presence. With her new book, she hopes her redemption story can provide a piece of redemptive healing in someone else’s story.

November 2, 2021 - Six-time Grammy-winner Amy Grant was officially inducted into The Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame last night as the Classes of 2020 and 2021 were officially honored during NaSHOF's supersized 50th and 51st Anniversary Hall of Fame Gala. To honor her induction, Grant's husband Vince Gill took the stage to perform her song "Breath of Heaven (Mary’s Song)," and NaSHOF member Gretchen Peters presented Grant.

Also announced yesterday, Grant will join a star-studded line-up of fellow Icons Billy Ray Cyrus, Clay Walker, Pam Tillis, Sara & Olivia Evans, Steve Wariner, Tracy Lawrence and Wynonna for “CMT’s A TENNESSEE KIND OF CHRISTMAS." Premiering Wednesday, December 8th at 9p/8c, the artists will share holiday traditions, personal memories and unforgettable performances of all-time favorite Christmas songs from numerous iconic venues and outdoor locations in and around Nashville. (September 17, 2021) - Seven-Time GRAMMY® winner TobyMac has released his brand new single, "Promised Land."  Written by TobyMac and Adam Agee, the track is the follow up to his No. 1 hit "Help Is On The Way (Maybe Midnight)," and is available across all DSPs and impacting Christian radio now.  

  "I think if we're honest, each of us have wondered, where is the promised land?," he remarks. "...Where's the blessing for me and my family that I thought would come my way on this earth when I chose to follow the King of Kings?"

In support of the single, the multi-platinum artist simultaneously exclusively premiered the music video on Facebook in honor of his Granddad, a miner in West Virginia, where TobyMac's own father grew up in a mining camp.
