ABOUT COLTON DIXON:
Colton Dixon turns personal truths, stories, and experiences into universal anthems. He first emerged as a phenomenon after finishing in the top seven on Season 11 of Fox’s American Idol. Delivering a series of fan favorite albums, 2013’s A Messenger achieved “the biggest first-week sales by a new solo Christian act” and catapulted into the Top 15 of the Billboard 200 and #1 on the Billboard Christian Albums Chart, not to mention, joining the iconic company of Harry Connick, Jr. and Billy Joel as a Steinway & Sons artist. A year later, Anchor yielded his third and fourth #1 hits on Christian Hot AC with “More of You” and “Through It All.” In 2017, he returned to #1 on the Christian Albums Chart for the third time. He has collected a pair of Dove Awards in the categories of “Rock/Contemporary Album” and “Recorded Music Packaging.” Following an invite from the White House, he also shined at the 2019 National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in addition to performing on Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight and in the pages ofPeople magazine. During 2020, he embarked on a new chapter with Atlantic Records ignited by the self-titled Colton Dixon EP and runaway hit “Miracles”—one of his most popular tracks to date. 2022 saw him make his show-stopping debut at the Grand Ole Opry in the midst of kicking off another era, and experiencing a creative breakthrough with “Build A Boat.” Between the original and duet version with multiplatinum country songstress Gabby Barrett, it has reeled in nearly 100 million streams. It stood out as “the longest running Mediabase Christian AC #1 song of 2022” and locked down #1 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs Chart and Christian AC Airplay Chart. People premiered the accompanying music video and hailed it as “inspiring” for its depiction of the work of medical charity Mercy Ships. Now, Dixon captivates once again on his 2023 EP, Canvas [Atlantic Records], introduced by the top ten single “My Light.”

NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLING AUTHOR, PODCAST HOST ANNIE F. DOWNS TO RELEASE NEW CHILDREN'S BOOK CELEBRATING THE UNIQUENESS OF EACH CHILD

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLING AUTHOR, PODCAST HOST ANNIE F. DOWNS TO RELEASE NEW CHILDREN'S BOOK CELEBRATING THE UNIQUENESS OF EACH CHILD

SO HAPPY TO KNOW YOU! AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER 19th

50 teachers to receive teacher appreciation bundles, with Downs visiting grand prize winner at their school

NASHVILLE, TN.... August 10, 2023 - New York Times bestselling author and podcast host Annie F. Downs will release her second children's book, So Happy To Know You! on September 19th. The book follows her 2021 best-seller, What Sounds Fun To You? which helped children and parents see that fun is everywhere. In her new book, she reminds kids that "the best thing about you is YOU!"

"No matter what they're good at, what they look like, or what they hope to do someday, the best thing about every child is that they are unique," says Downs. "I want this book to help children learn that being exactly who they are is the greatest gift!"

Each page of So Happy To Know You! celebrates every kid's fun, fabulous, and unique design. With delightful illustrations and an A-to-Z look at character qualities, children (and adults!) will learn how to treasure what makes them special rather than trying to fit into others' expectations of them. The positive, empowering message in So Happy to Know You! will help kids accept themselves and show them the joy of accepting others for who they are designed to be.

A former elementary teacher herself, Downs is also asking her audience of readers to help celebrate a teacher they love, and who has had a lasting impact on their life, by nominating them to win a teacher appreciation bundle, with one grand prize winner receiving the bundle plus a visit from Annie to read So Happy to Know You! at their school. The 50 bundles will include a signed copy of So Happy to Know You!, note from Annie, the Little Annie plush doll and a $10 Amazon gift card. Nominations open September 5 and close September 18th via https://sohappytoknowyou.com/.

"The kids in my life are some of the best, most fun, most fascinating people I know," she continues. "Growing up (and well into adulthood), it took me a long time to discover confidence in who I am and to be proud of the unique qualities that make me “Always Annie.” I would love it if every child learned that lesson sooner than I did, and that’s just what So Happy To Know You! shares with them. In a world where so many voices are shouting at us about what's cool and how to be, I am grateful for the chance to remind children that who they are, exactly the way they are, is the best thing about them."

PHIL WICKHAM'S NEW ALBUM, I BELIEVE, COMING AUGUST 18TH

                      FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PHIL WICKHAM'S NEW ALBUM, I BELIEVE, COMING AUGUST 18TH

Title track and music video available now

REQUEST REVIEW COPY HERE

Nashville, Tenn. (July 10, 2023) — Last Friday, two-time GRAMMY® nominee Phil Wickham dropped the title track and official music video from his highly anticipated new studio album I BELIEVE, set to release August 18th. "I Believe" serves as the fourth instant grat track to preview the respected worship leader’s forthcoming LP.

Previously released advance tracks include “This Is Our God,” swiftly evolving into one of the biggest songs of Wickham’s career to date, holding the No. 1 spot on three charts: Mediabase Christian Audience, Mediabase Christian AC and Billboard Christian AC.  "Sunday Is Coming" and "The Jesus Way" in followed in March and May respectively.

"There are so many searching for truth, meaning, belonging, purpose, hope, fulfillment, peace and healing," Wickham passionately states about his inspiration for 'I Believe.' "I have found all of these things and more in the person of Jesus Christ. I think the world is desperate to see and hear people full of hope, joy, love and confidence telling their stories about how Jesus saved and changed their lives; About how He is the best thing they have ever found, and He will be the best thing anyone will ever find. My song “I Believe” was written to shout about Jesus from the rooftops. Something that we as believers can unify together on and say with joy in our hearts that we believe in the mighty name of Jesus! I can’t wait to sing this one with you all. I’ve never put more time, effort and prayer into a project, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you all when it releases on August 18th!"

Wickham recently led the tally of nominations for the 2023 K-LOVE Fan Awards, when he nominated in five categories:  Song of the Year, Artist of the Year, Worship Song of the Year, Book Impact of the Year and Male Artist of the Year.  He took home the Book Impact Award for penning ON OUR KNEES.

About Phil Wickham:

Phil Wickham is a GRAMMY® nominated artist and leader in the modern worship movement, having penned countless songs sung in churches around the world. Most recently, his single, “This Is Our God,” opened the pages of 2023 with a wellspring of declarative praise to our God who saves. Also in 2023, the artist was nominated for two GRAMMY® awards in the category of “Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song,” recognizing the songs, “Hymn of Heaven” and “Holy Forever.” Hymn of Heaven, Wickham’s last full-length album, won him “Worship Album of the Year” at the 2022 GMA Dove Awards, while he was named “Songwriter of the Year” as well as awarded “Worship Recorded Song of the Year” for the title track, “Hymn of Heaven.” In addition, the song, “Battle Belongs,” topped five different radio charts for multiple weeks. This powerful album was written during a year when the family of God couldn’t physically gather in houses of worship around the world. “Hymn of Heaven is full of praise and thankfulness, just lifting up the name of Jesus and speaking what we really know is the reality, even though we don’t see it,” he says. “All I want to do is facilitate moments where people can encounter the presence of God.” Wickham’s anthemic “Living Hope,” an RIAA Gold®-certified hit, earned him a GMA Dove Award for “Worship Recorded Song of the Year” in 2019, while his first RIAA Gold®-certified single, “This Is Amazing Grace,” was his first career No. 1. This iconic song held the top spot for thirteen consecutive weeks and was named Billboard’s No. 1 “Christian Airplay Song of the Year” in 2014, as well as BMI’s “Christian Song of the Year” in 2015. Wickham’s music has received hundreds of millions of streams across multiple platforms, with his discography including eight full-length projects, several Christmas releases, and a series of popular Singalong records that capture Wickham’s songs as they do what they were always meant to do — which is giving people language to sing to God. NEW YORK TIMES BEST-SELLING AUTHOR, PODCAST HOST ANNIE F. DOWNS AND AUTHOR, PODCASTER CARLOS WHITTAKER RAISE OVER $45,000 FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NEW YORK TIMES BEST-SELLING AUTHOR, PODCAST HOST ANNIE F. DOWNS AND AUTHOR, PODCASTER CARLOS WHITTAKER RAISE OVER $45,000 FOR SMALL BUSINESSES THROUGHOUT "HERE FOR YOU TOUR PRESENTED BY AFRICA NEW LIFE"

NASHVILLE, TN.... June 28, 2023 - New York Times best-selling author and podcast host Annie F. Downs partnered with fellow author and podcaster Carlos Whittaker for the "Here For You Tour" this June, raising over $45,000 for local small businesses along the way.  Each night they featured a local small business owner and surprised them with a mini- giving blitz amongst the audience, providing a tangible way for the local community to engage and rally around one of its own on a deeply human level.

Prior to the tour kickoff, both Downs and Whittaker explained on their socials how local businesses could enter to win the chance to have a table in the lobby at each city's tour stop. As a team they worked through the hundreds of responses to choose one in each city, and a week prior to the show, informed each local small business about also bringing them on stage at the end of the evening, where they were then surprised with the generosity of their local community.

Check out a video summarizing these special moments in the clip below:

Annie F. Downs and Carlos Whittaker surprising small business owner Ruth Dykes with a mini-giving blitz by her local community at a tour stop in Florence, KY.

"It has been such a privilege to feature a small business in every city and surprise that business owner with a moment of giving," Downs' commented.  "Our audience in every city went above and beyond in their generosity to show their support and partner with the small business owner to help them achieve their next dream. What an honor to stand on stage each night, beside the small business owner, and watch their face, their tears, their joy, as the audience gave them thousands of dollars. That is the most fun I've had on stage in a long time!"

Whittaker echoed those emotions, saying, "I always wondered what it would feel like to take the concept of a giving blitz that my Instagram community does online, and do it in person. Well, now I know that it feels amazing! Depositing back into every single community that the Here For You Tour stopped in was incredible. It just goes to show that every single one of us has a reflex of rescue inside of us and that has been so sweet!"

The tour was both Downs' and Whittaker's first co-headlining tour together, one in which they created a one-of-a-kind event that made twelve stops across the nation. During each show, in addition to gifting the small business owners, Downs and Whittaker shared their unique commentaries on today’s culture.  All local businesses that were showcased are linked below for more information:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PHIL WICKHAM DROPS ANCHOR TRACK, “THE JESUS WAY,” FROM HIGHLY ANTICIPATED UPCOMING ALBUM

“This Is Our God” Hits No. 1 on Mediabase Christian Audience, Mediabase Christian AC & Billboard Christian AC

Nashville, Tenn. (May 22, 2023) — Two-time GRAMMY® nominee Phil Wickham has officially dropped anchor track, “The Jesus Way,” from his highly anticipated new studio album, slated to release this fall. Three years in the making, the standout selection borrows language from The Beatitudes and serves as a personal declaration of allegiance for the singer/songwriter. Listen to “The Jesus Way” HERE, and watch the official music video HERE

“‘The Jesus Way’ is one of the closest songs to my heart that I’ve ever released. It’s impacted my own life personally in a profound way. For me, it’s a line-in-the-sand song about what I want to stand for and who I follow,” Wickham shares. “I’m so excited to sing this song with the Church, and I’m inviting anyone and everyone who follows Jesus to join me in this anthem!”

“The Jesus Way” is the third advance track to preview the respected worship leader’s forthcoming LP, following “Sunday Is Coming” and “This Is Our God,” which holds the No. 1 spot this week on three charts: Mediabase Christian Audience, Mediabase Christian AC and Billboard Christian AC. “This Is Our God” has swiftly evolved into one of the biggest songs of Wickham’s career to date since it launched at radio on Feb. 24 and became the No. 1 most-added song of 2023.

“‘This Is Our God’ is my favorite song to sing and lead right now. This song is a declaration of who Jesus is and what He’s done for us. There is so much faith, hope and truth in it,” Wickham says of his most recent single to summit the charts. “It’s been incredible hearing the Church lift it up and sing it out in the past few months since its release. Thanks to everyone who has been listening to, singing and sharing this one!”

As previously announced, Wickham leads this year’s nominations for the 10th annual K-LOVE Fan Awards, taking place Sunday, May 28, 2023, at Nashville’s historic Grand Ole Opry House, and airing exclusively on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Friday, June 2.

Also in 2023, the artist was nominated for two GRAMMY® awards in the category of “Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song,” recognizing the songs, “Hymn of Heaven” and “Holy Forever.” Hymn of Heaven, Wickham’s latest full-length album (June 25, 2021, Fair Trade Services), won him “Worship Album of the Year” at the 2022 GMA Dove Awards, while he was named “Songwriter of the Year” as well as awarded “Worship Recorded Song of the Year” for the title track, “Hymn of Heaven.” In addition, the song, “Battle Belongs,” topped five different radio charts for multiple weeks. MORE NEW MUSIC FROM MULTI-PLATINUM, SIX-TIME GRAMMY-WINNER AMY GRANT "WHAT YOU HEARD," TRACK AND LYRIC VIDEO ARE AVAILABLE TODAY

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MORE NEW MUSIC FROM MULTI-PLATINUM, SIX-TIME GRAMMY-WINNER AMY GRANT

"WHAT YOU HEARD," TRACK AND LYRIC VIDEO ARE AVAILABLE TODAY

Co-written by Natalie Hemby and Barry Dean, produced by Marshall Altman, song follows the release of "Trees We'll Never See," Grant's first new music in over a decade

Nashville, TN... (April 28, 2023)  - More new music from multi-platinum, six-time GRAMMY-winner Amy Grant is available today with the release of her latest single and lyric video, "What You Heard." Available across all DSP's today, the track follows Grant's first release in over a decade, the song "Trees We'll Never See," which NPR called, "a testament to Grant's taste and temperament," and on which she "sings in a voice that's turned amber with time."  Grant recently sang the track during an Earth Day event with Pepperdine University as they planted fruit trees at the Frederick K. C. Price III Christian School campus, Pepperdine’s original location (photo below).

Co-written with Natalie Hemby and Barry Dean, Grant speaks of the important message of "What You Heard," saying, "This song came directly from a therapy session with one of my kids. Sharing a bloodline with someone does not guarantee a relationship. Relationship requires showing up and listening. It takes practice to build a better communication tool kit and on the other side, sharpen our receptors; but it’s worth the effort to keep trying, to keep communicating. At 62 I still have a lot to learn.

"There’s a reason Amy is a hall of fame writer," GRAMMY-winning co-writer Natalie Hemby adds in talking about the songwriting session with Grant. "She takes her personal experiences and runs them through a lens we can all see through and relate to. The day that she, Barry, and I wrote this, she was sharing her own missteps in some of her closest relationships… how you think you think your words are reaching out to someone, when, in fact, they are only pushing them away. It was deeply personal for her, but I found it was deeply personal for me too."

Grant will wrap her spring tour run on May 9, followed by a handful of summer shows leading up to the completion of 70 performances across the U.S. in 2023.  Also recently announced was one of Music City’s most treasured traditions with Grant and husband Vince Gill’s beloved “Christmas at the Ryman” residency. The 12-concert run is scheduled for December 13-14, 16-17, 19-20 and 22-23 and will once again feature matinee performances of the beloved show.  Tickets are on sale now and will only be available for purchase at ryman.com.

About Amy Grant:
Amy Grant's career spans more than 40 years and stretches from her roots in gospel into becoming an iconic pop star, songwriter, television personality and philanthropist. With three multi-platinum albums, six platinum albums and four gold albums, her total career album sales have exceeded 30 million and over 1 billion global streams. Grant’s chart success has been consistent throughout her career with six No. 1 hits, 10 Top 40 pop singles, 17 Top 40 Adult Contemporary tracks and multiple Contemporary Christian chart-toppers. In addition to her six GRAMMY® Awards, Grant has earned 26 Dove Awards (including four Artist of the Year Awards) and has been awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as well as the Music City Walk of Fame and the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. Conventional wisdom has it that Grant put Contemporary Christian Music on the map becoming the first Contemporary Christian artist to have a platinum record, the first to hit No. 1 on the Pop charts and the first to perform at the GRAMMY® Awards. With that, her legacy as one of the most influential artists of the past four decades is assured.  In 2020, the T.J. Martell Foundation – the music industry’s leading nonprofit to fund innovative medical research focused on treatments and cures for cancer – honored Grant with the Tony Martell Outstanding Entertainment Achievement Award at their annual Honors Gala. Most recently, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts included Grant as one of their five distinguished Honorees to receive the 45th Kennedy Center Honors for lifetime artistic achievements. In 2023, Grant will be on the road performing in 70 cities across the country and recently released her first new music in a decade, starting with the single "Trees We'll Never See,” (March) and most recently in April "What You Heard."

With over 50 stations on board, track quickly climbing Billboard's Christian Airplay chart

Dixon and Jordan Feliz Announce The Love & Light Tour

NASHVILLE, TN... April 28, 2023 - Colton Dixon's 7-song EP, CANVAS (Atlantic), is available today, including his latest hit, the highly-anticipated new single, "My Light," leaping to No. 24 on the Billboard Christian Airplay chart this week with over 50 Key markets spinning the song including SiriusXM, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Tampa, St. Louis, Kansas City, Nashville, and Orlando. In support of his latest musical endeavor, Dixon will perform on FOX & Friends May 21st, as well as onThe Kelly Clarkson Show on June 8th.

On top of the EP release, Dixon and Jordan Feliz have announced The Love & Light Tour hitting U.S. cities this fall. Fans can text “Love and Light” to (615) 845-4896 be the first to learn about dates and presale tickets.

CANVAS and "My Light" follow the biggest song of Dixon's career to-date "Build A Boat," which, at 10 weeks became the longest running No. 1 Mediabase Christian AC song of 2022, also spawning "Build A Boat (feat. Gabby Barrett),"with MULTI-PLATINUM and award-winning Country star Gabby Barrett.  Both tracks follow his Atlantic Record's debut and No.1 song, "Miracles," which also boasts over 94 million global streams.

Speaking of the CANVAS EP, Dixon notes how “Life is all about perspective - how we view the various seasons that life has to offer. The twins are such a blessing, and when they came, we realized how precious life is. One thing I’ve noticed is that life is better lived with others.  Finding someone who brings out the best in you.  Someone who will turn your mess into something beautiful. For me, God has been that constant reminder for our family that we don’t have to walk through this life alone. Every day is a blank canvas to live life to the fullest, and to view the world and the people around us in a new light.”

In addition to "My Light" and both versions of "Build A Boat," CANVAS features four other songs, including the anthemic “Giants,” written and produced by Grammy-nominee Joe London (Jason Derulo, Lizzo, Thomas Rhett), the piano-driven “Hold Onto Hope," a fire-filled vocal performance on “Unbreakable," and the delicate title-track, “Canvas."

2022 saw him make his show-stopping debut at the Grand Ole Opry in the midst of kicking off another era, and experiencing a creative breakthrough with “Build A Boat.” Between the original and duet version with multiplatinum country songstress Gabby Barrett, it reeled in over 20 million streams. Now, Dixon captivates once again on his 2023 EP, Canvas [Atlantic Records], introduced by the single “My Light.”

MULTI-PLATINUM, SIX-TIME GRAMMY-WINNER AMY GRANT'S FIRST NEW MUSIC IN TEN YEARS, "TREES WE'LL NEVER SEE," IS AVAILABLE TODAY

                                FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MULTI-PLATINUM, SIX-TIME GRAMMY-WINNER AMY GRANT'S FIRST NEW MUSIC IN TEN YEARS, "TREES WE'LL NEVER SEE," IS AVAILABLE TODAY

"What You Heard" Coming April 28th

Nashville, TN... (March 24, 2022)  - Multi-platinum, six-time GRAMMY-winner Amy Grant's first new music in a decade, the track "Trees We'll Never See," is now available across all DSP's, along with a scenic lyric videoBILLBOARD spoke with Grant last week about creating new music, the poignant new single, and how “the gift of life's fourth quarter is the perspective and awareness and the appreciation of all of it.

Since the age of 15, and now in her early 60s, Grant has really never stopped making music, and her most happy place to make music is with friends. While she has continued to release music, it has been 10 years since she’s released new songs, the last being her critically-acclaimed album “How Mercy Looks From Here." That experience with producer and songwriter Marshall Altman was so rewarding and life-giving that Amy called on Altman again in 2023 to produce two new songs, including  "Trees We'll Never See," and “What You Heard," co-written with Natalie Hemby and Barry Dean, is scheduled to release April 28th.

“'Trees We’ll Never See' is one of those life-lesson, encouraging songs that remind us that we are not alone, we have a purpose, and the seeds we plant today are so important,"  says Grant.  "Even if we ‘never see’ the fruit or the trees that grow from those seeds in our lifetime, it’s always important to invest in people, friends, family, and those we may never even meet."

While it was penned by Altman and Michael White, “Trees We’ll Never See” is true Amy Grant in that the wisdom imparted in the lyric, paired with incredible musicianship (including Vince Gill on guitar) can be magical.  This song has new color palettes rooted in singer-songwriter and Americana leanings which have always been part Grant’s music, but even more so now.

Grant is currently in the middle of her spring tour run, with many dates already sold out.  Throughout 2023 she will be hitting 70 cities across the U.S., and is excited to share new music and fan favorites.

This year Grant is hitting the road and will be performing in 70 cities across the country and releasing her first new music in a decade, starting with the single "Trees We'll Never See."
