Kicking off in early February, and following multiple TV and radio appearances, including HANNITY and FOX & Friends, the tour will hit over a dozen markets including stops in New York City, Orlando, Denver, New Orleans, D.C. as well as a signing at the Conservative Political Action Conference. In his newest book chronicling our country’s ongoing culture war, Starnes references how President Obama once declared that people who cling to their guns are bitter Americans. So Starnes, who describes himself as a “gun-toting, chicken-eating, son of a Baptist,” decided to travel across the country to determine if what the president said was true. His book is filled with hilarious satire and biting commentary on the culture war. He also was given exclusive interviews with folks like Mike Huckabee, Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin and Paula Deen.

Starnes’ latest book takes on the ongoing culture war and correlates with the current headline grabbing GOP race with candidates such as Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich stating that the 2012 election is about values and “people who cling to their God and their Bibles.” Additionally, Starnes is continuing to travel to the Republican primary hot spots reporting specifically on politics for FOX News & Commentary.
