Nashville, Tenn. (August 15, 2016) — Capitol Christian Music Group (Capitol CMG) earned 41 nominations for the 47th Annual GMA Dove Awards, representing honorees in such major categories as Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Song of the Year. Nominees represent all of Capitol CMG's entities including Capitol CMG Label Group, Capitol Christian Distribution, Capitol CMG Publishing and Motown Gospel.

The awards show will take place on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena in Nashville at 6:30 p.m. CST. Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) will exclusively air the awards show on Sunday, October 16, reaching over 100 million viewers in the U.S., plus global and multi-platform distribution.
