(Feb. 2, 2017) - Open Hands (FAIR TRADE SERVICES), the awaited release from Laura Story will be available on Mar. 3, 2017.  The GRAMMY® winner’s fifth full length album finds her continuing to deliver her notable reflection, vulnerability and personal honesty in 11 new tracks, including the lead single bearing the same name featuring fellow GRAMMY® winner Mac Powell of Third Day. Story also teamed up with Matt Maher and Matt Redman, penning a track found on Open Hands.

The track “Open Hands” has been sitting atop Billboard’s Soft AC Chart for three weeks while being heard on 50+ stations around the country, including WRBS/Baltimore, KTIS/Minneapolis, KSOS/Las Vegas, WONU/Chicago and WCSG/Grand Rapids.

GRAMMY® Award Winner Laura Story To Make Grand Ole Opry Debut

Story set to perform for "The Todd Starnes All-American Christmas" FOX News Radio special

Story challenges fans with message behind
"Just Another Christmas"

Nashville, Tenn. (December 7, 2015) — GRAMMY® Award Winner Laura Story will make her Grand Ole Opry debut tomorrow, December 8, at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. 

Story will join the ranks of legends who have taken part in the world-famous show, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year. Additional performers tomorrow include Carrie Underwood, Chris Janson, Kristian Bush and more – a lineup set to play to back-to-back Opry shows at 7:00 and 9:30pm. For additional show and ticketing information, click here.

The following day, December 9, Story will be part of the 2015 Todd Starnes Fox News Radio Christmas special. The two-hour show will be filmed at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. “The Todd Starnes All-American Christmas” will be broadcast the week of Christmas on hundreds of FOX News Radio stations along with KCBI in Dallas, the entire American Family Radio network and the Bott Radio Network. The show will also be broadcast on FoxNews.com and FoxNation.com.

Story will perform songs from her debut Christmas album, God With Us, which is being widely praised by critics. Favorite Christmas Memory // For the past ten years, I've had the honor of spending Christmas Eve with my church family at Perimeter's Christmas Eve Service. Every year, we close the service by singing “Silent Night,” each holding candles that are lit row by row as we sing. There's a feeling that comes over us that truly can't be put into words as we see the light start at that initial Christ candle and spread throughout the room. It's a simple reminder that's why Jesus came.

Crowder's Neon Steeple won the Recorded Music Packaging award with designer Leighton Ching, art directors Shelley Giglio, Mike McCloskey, Leighton Ching, Becca Wildsmith and photographers Zack Arias and Mary Caroline Mann. Crowder's current single "Lift Your Head Weary Sinner (Chains)," has reached the Top 5 on CHR and the Top 15 on the National Christian Audience Chart. Crowder is heading out with Chris Tomlin later this season on the "ADORE Christmas Tour."

Colton Dixon took home the Rock/Contemporary Album of the Year award for ANCHOR, produced by David Garcia, Adam Watts, Andy Dodd and Gannin Arnold. The album includes the most played Hot AC single of 2014, “More Of You," which spent three weeks at No. 1, as well as "Through All of It," his fourth consecutive No. 1 at Hot AC Radio. Dixon recently released dual EPs Calm and Storm and is currently on the ***THIS IS NOT A TEST*** Tour with TobyMac and Britt Nicole.

Nashville-based Full Circle Music, helmed by Seth Mosley, took top honors, garnering four wins, including Producer of the Year, Songwriter of the Year (non-artist), Pop Contemporary Album of the Year for Run Wild. Live Free. Love Strong. (producer) by for KING & COUNTRY and Inspirational Album of the Year for Above It All (producer) by Phillips Craig & Dean.

Skillet took home the Rock Song of the Year award for "Good To Be Alive," written by John L. Cooper, Zac Maloy and Tom Douglas. Skillet recently earned their third RIAA certified platinum single as their song "Awake & Alive" sold over one million digital copies. The group is currently in the studio preparing for a 2016 release as they wrap up as headliners of the Winter Jam Tour Spectacular.

Michael W. Smith took home the award for Christmas Album of the Year for Michael W. Smith & Friends: The Spirit of Christmas, produced by Smith, Robert Deaton and David Hamilton. The holiday spirit will continue for Smith later this season as he sets out on a Christmas tour, co-billing with Amy Grant on select dates.

Laura Story was honored with the Inspirational Song of the Year award for "O Love Of God" written by Story, Cindy Morgan and Ian Cron. About Laura Story:

Fair Trade Services Honored with Nine Dove Award Nominations

MercyMe, Phil Wickham, Laura Story and Phillips, Craig & Dean Among Artists Garnering Recognition

Nashville, Tenn (Aug. 24, 2015) - Fair Trade Services garnered a total of nine nominations for the upcoming 46th Annual GMA Dove Awards.  Multi-Dove Award winning band MercyMe took honors in top categories, including “Artist of the Year,” Song of the Year” (for their 16 week No. 1 “Greater”), “Songwriter of the Year” (for Bart Millard) and Contemporary Christian Artist of the Year.  Phil Wickham’s “This Is Amazing Grace” gathered nominations for “Song of the Year” and “Worship Song of the Year” as well as earned Wickham a nod for “Songwriter of the Year.” “O Love of God” from Laura Story is up for “Inspirational Song of the Year." Phillips, Craig & Dean's Above It All earned the Dove Award Winners a nod in the "Inspirational Album of the Year" category.

The 46th Annual GMA Dove Awards, hosted by Erica Campbell and Sadie Robertson, will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 13, live from Allen Arena on the campus of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn. and will air exclusively on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) on Sunday, October 18th at 9:00 p.m (CST). 

On the heels of the announcement of their upcoming holiday project, MercyMe, It’s Christmas!, MercyMe’s current single “Flawless" is No. 1 at Billboard Christian AC Monitored/Indicator, Soft AC and National Christian Audience Charts as well as in the top spot on the iTunes ® Christian Top Songs Chart. Story will debut her latest book “When God Doesn’t Fix It” on Sept. 15 while her current single “Till I Met You” is impacting radio. Following up his BMI “Christian Song of the Year” distinction, Wickham is currently in the studio working on his sixth studio project to release in April 2016. Phillips, Craig & Dean will embark on "Michael W. Smith's Celebration of Songs & Stories Tour" alongside Smith and Mark Lowry in late Sept.

GRAMMY® Winner Laura Story Welcomes Twin Boys

Nashville, Tenn. (September 19, 2014) – GRAMMY® award winning songstress Laura Story and her husband Martin have welcomed fraternal twin boys to their family. Benjamin Cary and Griffin James were born within three minutes of each other, weighing 6.5 lbs and 6.3 lbs respectively. The twins join their 2-year-old big sister Josie.

"Martin and I are so thrilled to finally meet these little guys! God has truly blessed our family,” said a tired but joyful Story.

Laura will take her new growing family out on the road this December for a short Christmas tour in select states (MD, ME, NY, OH and NJ). Her new Christmas record God With Us will be available for these shows and will be released to retail Christmas 2015.

While her schedule will be quite busy with the new additions, Story is also currently working on her first book scheduled to release next fall. The W Publishing book "When God Doesn't Fix It: Lessons You Never Wanted to Learn; Truths You Can't Live Without" will explore Story’s journey from her life expectations through shattered dreams and on to the incredible truths that she uncovered in her study of God's Word. It will offer readers a friend who understands, important biblical insights and hope that God has not forgotten them.
